How do I request a refund for my Zoya Pro subscription?

Refunds are handled based on where your subscription was originally purchased. Zoya subscriptions may be billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS)

Apple manages all payments and refunds for App Store subscriptions. Zoya cannot issue refunds for Apple-billed transactions.

To request a refund from Apple:

  1. Sign in with the Apple ID used for your subscription.

  2. Select Request a refund and follow the steps.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store (Android)

Refunds for Google Play subscriptions are submitted directly through Google Play.

To request a refund from Google Play:

  1. Select your Zoya subscription.

  2. Choose the reason and submit the request.

If you subscribed through Stripe

Stripe-billed subscriptions are handled by the Zoya team. To request a refund for a Stripe subscription, email [email protected] with the email address associated with your Zoya account.


How to determine your billing platform

The simplest way to confirm how you are billed is to visit the subscription settings page and look under the “Billing via” label, as shown in the screenshot below.
