How do I cancel my Zoya Pro subscription?

You can cancel your Zoya Pro subscription at any time. The steps depend on how you originally subscribed:

Option 1: From the Zoya app

  1. Open the app and go to the Explore tab.

  2. Tap the gear icon in the top left to open Settings.

  3. In the Zoya Pro section, tap on the button that says “Subscribed until…”

  4. You will be redirected to your subscription management page:

    • iOS: Opens Apple’s subscription settings.

    • Android: Opens Google Play subscription settings.

    • Web (Stripe): Opens the Stripe billing portal.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.

Option 2: From your device’s subscription settings

  • iOS: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Select Zoya and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple’s guide here

  • Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Zoya, then tap Cancel subscription. Google’s guide here

Once canceled, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle.
