How do I delete my Zoya account?

If you no longer wish to use Zoya, you can easily request account deletion through the app's settings or by contacting our support team.

Option 1: Delete your account through the app

1. Open the app and navigate to the Explore screen.

2. Click on the gear icon located at the top left corner to access your settings.

3. Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page.

4. Click on the "Delete account" option.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account deletion process.

Option 2: Delete your account by contacting support

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team at [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your Zoya account in your message.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all data associated with it, including your portfolio and watchlist. This action cannot be undone, so please ensure that you genuinely wish to delete your account before proceeding.
